Overview
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to request that SOLAS delete your personal data. This is sometimes referred to as the right to be forgotten.
SOLAS is the data controller for learner data linked to programmes funded or administered by SOLAS.
Where applicable, requests for data deletion must be made directly to SOLAS. Training providers cannot process these requests.
