This privacy notice applies to learners whose courses require access to Adobe Creative Cloud as part of SOLAS-funded training.
It explains how Cenit College processes personal data on behalf of SOLAS for course delivery purposes.
Where your data comes from
Your personal data has been provided to Cenit College by SOLAS.
SOLAS is the Data Controller for your learner information and determines how and why your personal data is used.
How your data is processed
Cenit College processes your personal data only on behalf of SOLAS and strictly for the purpose of course delivery.
This includes:
- Creating your learner account
- Setting up access to required learning tools and materials
- Supporting your participation in course activities
Cenit College does not determine how your personal data is used and acts only on the documented instructions of SOLAS.
Use of Adobe Creative Cloud
Adobe Creative Cloud is used to provide access to learning tools and materials required for your course.
Adobe may process personal data as a sub processor in order to deliver this service.
All processing is carried out in line with SOLAS instructions and applicable data protection requirements.
Learner acknowledgement
By submitting this request, you acknowledge that your account will be created on the SOLAS Adobe Creative Cloud system for course-related use.

Any requests relating to access, correction, or deletion of your personal data should be directed to SOLAS.
