Privacy notice for Certiport exam registration
When you enrol on a course that includes a Certiport exam, you must register directly with Certiport to sit the exam.
This registration is completed on Certiport systems and is separate from your course enrolment with us.
What personal data is involved
As part of the registration process, you provide your personal data directly to Certiport.
This may include:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your date of birth
- Country/Region
- Your candidate ID and exam details
- IP Information
Our role
- We do not collect, receive, or send your personal data to Certiport for exam registration
- We do not control how Certiport uses your personal data
- We act only as a training provider and are not involved in the Certiport registration process
Certiport role
Certiport acts as an independent Data Controller for your personal data.
Certiport is responsible for:
- Processing your exam registration
- Administering your exam
- Issuing your exam results and certifications

Your personal data is processed by Certiport in line with their own privacy notice and data protection policies.
