It explains how Cenit College processes personal data on behalf of SOLAS for the purpose of course delivery.
Where your data comes from
Your personal data is provided to Cenit College by SOLAS.
SOLAS is the Data Controller for your learner information and determines how and why your personal data is used.
How Cenit College processes your data
Cenit College processes your personal data only on behalf of SOLAS and strictly for course delivery purposes.
This includes:
- Creating and managing your learner account
- Setting up access to learning systems and course materials
- Supporting your participation in training activities
Roles and responsibilities
Cenit College acts as a Data Processor and does not determine how your personal data is used.
All processing is carried out only in line with the documented instructions of SOLAS.
Cenit College does not use your personal data for any purpose outside of course delivery.
Use of Microsoft Office 365
As part of course delivery, Cenit College uses Microsoft Office 365 to provide access to learning tools, communication platforms, and course materials.
Microsoft may process personal data as a sub-processor in order to deliver these services.
All such processing is carried out in line with SOLAS instructions and applicable data protection requirements.
