Privacy notice for GMetrix and MeasureUp
Some courses include access to GMetrix and or MeasureUp practice test platforms to help learners prepare for certification exams.
To use these platforms, learners must register directly with GMetrix and or MeasureUp.
Cenit College does not create learner accounts on these platforms and does not provide learner personal data to them.
Personal data processing
When registering on GMetrix or MeasureUp, learners provide their personal data directly to the platform.
This may include:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your login credentials
- Assessment results and progress data
This information is collected and processed independently by GMetrix and MeasureUp.
Roles and responsibilities
GMetrix and MeasureUp each act as independent Data Controllers.
They determine how personal data is processed for:
- Account creation and management
- Practice testing and scoring
- Learning analytics and progress tracking
Cenit College acts solely as a training provider and does not:
- Control how learner personal data is processed on these platforms
- Receive copies of learner account or progress data
- Instruct GMetrix or MeasureUp on data processing activities
Privacy information
Learners should review the relevant privacy notices before registering on either platform.
Data protection rights
Any requests relating to personal data processed by GMetrix or MeasureUp, including access, correction, or deletion, must be made directly to the relevant provider.
Cenit College is not able to action data protection requests relating to these platforms.
