Overview

This knowledge base article explains how learners can check how much time remains on their course enrolment.

It also explains where to find your enrolment end date if you no longer have access to the course.

1. Checking Your Enrolment Time Remaining

You can check how much time remains in your enrolment directly from within your course.

Log in to your course and look for the Enrolment Timer in the right hand block of the course page.

You may need to scroll down the page to see this block.

The enrolment timer shows how much time you have left before your access to the course ends.

2. Checking Your Enrolment End Date by Email

You can also find your enrolment end date in your welcome email and other emails sent to you during your course. 

If you cannot find this email, please check your junk or spam folder.

Important Information

Once your enrolment end date has passed, you will no longer be able to access the course.

Enrolment dates cannot be paused or suspended.
