Overview
This knowledge base article explains what happens if you are unable to continue with your eCollege course.
It also explains whether courses can be paused and what steps you must take if you choose to unenrol.
1. Can I Suspend or Postpone My eCollege Course
eCollege courses cannot be suspended or postponed.
Once you are enrolled, your course runs until your enrolment end date.
2. Your Options
If you can no longer continue with your course, you have the following options.
- Continue the course until your enrolment end date.
- Unenrol from the course and reapply at a later date.
3. How to Unenrol from an eCollege Course
Removing you from a course can take up to five working days.
To request unenrolment, please complete and submit the following form.
