What this page is for
This article explains how learner personal data is used when you study with Cenit College.
It explains who is responsible for your data, how it may be shared with awarding bodies and exam providers, and who you should contact if you have questions.
When we refer to data controllers or data processors, this simply means who decides how data is used and who follows instructions. You do not need to take any action unless you wish to contact an organisation about your data.
