Minimum diagnostic score
To proceed to an ICDL exam, you must achieve a minimum score of 85 per cent on the relevant diagnostic test.
The diagnostic test checks your readiness for the exam and helps identify any areas that need further study.
If you did not reach the required score
If your diagnostic score is below 85 per cent, you must complete the steps below before attempting the diagnostic test again.
- Open your diagnostic test report using the test link provided.
- Review the areas where your score was below the required standard.
- Revisit the relevant video lessons and study those sections carefully.
- Complete all associated exercises and quizzes.
- When you feel confident, attempt the diagnostic test again.
Important
Taking time to review your weaker areas will improve your chances of passing the diagnostic and succeeding in the final exam.
Diagnostic attempt limits
Please be aware that there is a limit on how many times you can take each diagnostic test.
- A maximum of three attempts is available for each diagnostic test.
Once all attempts have been used, you may need to contact support for further guidance.
