This article explains how learners can reset their passwords for eCollege, Skillsbox, and Microsoft Office 365.

It provides clear step by step instructions for each system and guidance on common issues.

Resetting your eCollege password

If you have forgotten your eCollege password, you can reset it yourself using the password reset page.

Step 1

Go to the password reset page:

Step 2

Enter either your username or your registered email address.

Step 3

Select Search.

Step 4

Check your email inbox for the reset message.

Step 5

Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

Important

  • Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not arrive.
  • Allow a few minutes for the email to be delivered.
  • If you do not have access to your email account, contact support.

Resetting your Skillsbox password

If you have forgotten your Skillsbox password, you can reset it from the login page.

Step 1

Open Skillsbox:

Go to Skillsbox

Step 2

Select Forgot Password.

Step 3

Enter the email address you used when registering.

Step 4

Check your email for reset instructions.

Step 5

Create your new password and sign in.

Common issue

  • Make sure you are using the correct email address.
  • If you studied ICDL with another centre, your account may already exist under a different email.
  • Contact support if you are unsure which email was used.

Resetting your Microsoft Office 365 password

Office 365 passwords cannot be reset by the learner. You must contact the support team.

When requesting a reset, include the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Your course name
  • Your Office 365 username if known

Your username usually looks like:

123456@ecollege.onmicrosoft.com

Once support provides a temporary password:

  1. Sign in to Microsoft 365
  2. Enter the temporary password
  3. Create a new password
  4. Use this password for future access

Note

All Office 365 learner accounts are created with temporary passwords. You will be asked to change your password the first time you sign in.
