Having trouble accessing Skillsbox? Try clearing your browser cache

If Skillsbox isn’t loading correctly or you’re seeing errors, clearing your browser cache usually fixes the issue.


When should I try this?

You may need to clear your browser cache if:

  • Skillsbox won’t load properly
  • Pages appear blank or incomplete
  • You see repeated error messages

This issue is often caused by stored browser data.


Step 1: Clear your browser cache (Google Chrome)

  1. On your computer, open Google Chrome.
  2. In the top‑right corner, select More (the three dots).
  3. Select Delete browsing data.
  4. Set Time range to All time.
  5. Select the types of information you want to remove (for example, cached images and files).
  6. Select Delete data.

ℹ️ If you delete cookies while signed in to Chrome, you will not be signed out of your Google account.


Step 2: Re‑open Skillsbox

  1. Open your web browser.
  2. Type the following address directly into the address bar
    (please do not copy and paste):
    www.skillsbox.com
  3. From the search results, select the first link shown.
