If Skillsbox isn’t loading correctly or you’re seeing errors, clearing your browser cache usually fixes the issue.
When should I try this?
You may need to clear your browser cache if:
- Skillsbox won’t load properly
- Pages appear blank or incomplete
- You see repeated error messages
This issue is often caused by stored browser data.
Step 1: Clear your browser cache (Google Chrome)
- On your computer, open Google Chrome.
- In the top‑right corner, select More (the three dots).
- Select Delete browsing data.
- Set Time range to All time.
- Select the types of information you want to remove (for example, cached images and files).
- Select Delete data.
ℹ️ If you delete cookies while signed in to Chrome, you will not be signed out of your Google account.
Step 2: Re‑open Skillsbox
- Open your web browser.
- Type the following address directly into the address bar
