Q1: To select a cell range

1. Place your cursor on the first cell in the required range and wait until the hand icon appears. This may take a short time.
2. Click and drag across the required cells. You can drag down and across or across and down. Both actions are accepted.
3. Allow a short delay for the cells to highlight after releasing the mouse.

Q2: To select rows when setting the print area

1. Go to Page Layout and select Print Titles.
2. Click into the Rows to be repeated at the top field in the dialogue box.
3. Move your cursor to the Row 1 label until the hand icon appears, then click and drag down to select the required rows.
4. Be aware that the lab software may respond slowly.
