Overview
This knowledge base article explains how learners can access live class recordings.
It also clarifies which course types include recorded sessions.
1. Accessing Live Class Recordings
For fixed courses, live class recordings are available after the live session has ended.
You can access these recordings by following the steps below.
- Open your course.
- Navigate to the Live Classes activity.
- Select the Cloud Recordings section.
When you open a recording, the password is automatically copied to your clipboard.
You can paste this password when prompted to access the recording.
2. Which Live Classes Are Recorded
To comply with data protection requirements, live classes on continuous courses are not recorded.
This means recordings are not available for continuous courses.
For fixed courses, live class recordings are made available after the session ends.
These recordings allow learners to review content if they were unable to attend the live class.
